Party Policies

• Party package prices do not include sales tax. A non-refundable party deposit is required to reserve a date ($50 for    Bash Blast; $100 for Blowout). Parties over 20 children require a $100 deposit to  secure a 2nd adjoining party room to accommodate a larger group. If less than 21 children attend the day of the party, the $100 deposit is applied to the party bill as a rental fee for the 2nd party room (totaling $100) Customers may notify staff of a change to headcount (<21) to secure only 1 room up to 4 weeks prior to the party date. 
• Party package prices do not include sales tax.
• Party packages include up to 12 children even in the event that there are fewer than 12 in attendance.
• There is a $5 No Show charge per child over the initial 12 that are guaranteed once a final count is given. 
• All children must be accompanied by an adult who accepts responsibility for that child.
• In the event that a customer would like to provide their own cake or food - Credits to party packages are available for Cake ($20) and Pizza ($10); other items included in packages are not available for credit. 
• Party packages include paper goods for paid party guests. Additional paper goods (cups, plates, napkins, and utensils) for adults can be purchased for $15 per 12 adults.
• Jumpin' Jeepers party rooms are available for rental during the week (M - Th) for $100/hour
• Parties may be rescheduled in cases of illness or inclement weather
• Cafe seating may not be used in place of a party room rental or booking
