Do I need to leave a deposit to hold the date? Yes, we take a $50 deposit for a Bash and $100 for a Blowout (non-refundable deposits).

When do I need to give you the final headcount?  We will be in contact with you approximately one week before your party to confirm how many children will be attending as well as the details such as cake and pizza orders. 

What happens if there is bad weather expected the day of the party or if my child is sick the day of his/her party?   We check the forecast prior to your party and if either you or we feel that the weather may be too hazardous for travel the party is rescheduled. If the birthday girl or boy is ill the day of the party we can also reschedule.  

Do adults have to take off their shoes?  Adults are required to wear socks. Socks/shoe covers are available for purchase if needed. Party invitations have a reminder for your guests. We attempt to keep the playspace as clean as possible.  

How long before the party may I arrive?  You may arrive for play 15 minutes before your party begins. You will need to leave 15 minutes after the end of your scheduled party time. Guests who wish to stay to play will need to pay the general admission fee at that time. 

What ages do you charge for?  We do not charge for babies under one year old. If you have older children in the party include them if you would like them to have everything that the package offers. Otherwise, they would be considered an adult at no charge.  

Can I bring in food or beverages?   Yes, as long as nothing contains nuts. 

What if I want to bring in my own cake or if I do not want pizza?  We give a $20 credit if you do not want us to supply a cake and we give a $10 credit if you do not wish to have pizza. 

Is one large pizza enough for 12 kids?  We double cut the pizzas so there are 16 slices in a pie. We find that a lot of children do not finish a whole slice, particularly the younger ones, and we don’t want to be wasteful.

Do I have to bring any plates, napkins, etc?  We supply the plates, napkins, and utensils for children included in the party. If you bring in your own food we can supply the paper goods for an additional cost or you are welcome to bring your own.

Can I bring a piñata?  No, unfortunately time is limited during Bash parties. Pinatas are included in the Blowout packages.  

Can I bring decorations or favors?  Yes. For favors with candy please remember we are a nut free facility.
